By subscribing to Pull Cuts Membership or using pullcuts.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Pull Cuts provides online golf coaching, including video swing analysis, personalized drills, and related instruction. Specific inclusions depend on your membership tier (Pull Cuts Membership or Jamie Tier) as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions and billing

• Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• You may cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact pullcuts1@gmail.com.

Member responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Use coaching content for personal improvement only unless otherwise agreed
• Communicate respectfully with your coach

Coaching disclaimer

Pull Cuts provides golf instruction, not medical advice. Results vary based on practice, physical ability, and individual effort. We do not guarantee specific scores, handicap improvements, or competitive outcomes. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity if you have health concerns.

Intellectual property

All content on pullcuts.com — including text, branding, and instructional materials — is owned by Pull Cuts unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull Cuts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
